Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our collaborative manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC live tooling lathes
- Interpret technical drawings using GD&T principles
- Program and adjust CNC machines using Mazatrol
- Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and reduce waste
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of CNC machining experience
- Skilled in CNC lathes, hand tools, and power tools
- Proficient in Mazatrol programming
- Strong understanding of GD&T and technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with great communication skills
- Willingness to train others and support team growth
- Experience with live tooling or interest in learning
