Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated AV Product Manager to oversee our audiovisual inventory and
warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV equipment management, a keen
eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
● Oversee AV inventory and ensure quality assurance for all equipment.
● Supervise and assist in preparing upcoming orders and de-prepping returning orders.
● Verify the accuracy of all orders by personally checking them before quality assurance and
loading.
● Provide management with feedback on equipment needs and recommend improvements for
departmental performance.
● Assist in training the warehouse team on AV equipment and operational procedures.
● Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
● Implement and enforce warehousing systems, policies, and procedures.
● Organize the staging area by adhering to staging design principles and recommending
improvements as needed.
● Conduct repairs on broken inventory or coordinate with third-party services to ensure timely
repairs of equipment.
● Always looking for ways to improve department performance and efficiency
● All other duties assigned by management

● Proven experience in AV equipment management or a related field.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
● Ability to interpret and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
