Job Summary
Join our dynamic Impact team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and precision will drive our distribution operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and safe handling of materials. We are seeking for General Labor, Forklift Operator, Tire Unloading / Loading and Case Picking at our Ontario and Rialto locations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain efficient warehouse distribution processes, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Manage inventory track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping by efficiently selecting items using order pickers or other mechanical tools while adhering to safety standards like OSHA.
- Perform stock replenishment tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, ensure proper use of heavy equipment, and uphold safety protocols during all operations.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers with appropriate certification is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with materials handling tools including pallet jacks and mechanical lifts are desirable.
- Understanding of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations is important for maintaining a safe workspace.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.90 per hour
