Job Description
We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Spanish instructors for kids. The ideal candidate possesses high energy, a positive approach, and a genuine desire to make a lasting impact on young children's lives through Spanish language instruction.
- Knowledgeable about Spanish language and passionate about teaching kids
- Outstanding communication skills with children and their parents, using clear, concise, and grammatically correct written and oral language
A Child Abuse Clearance and criminal background check are required. A minimum of one to five years of Spanish instructor/teaching experience is also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Spanish Teacher will be responsible for:
- Supervising students and providing a safe and fun learning environment
- Giving Spanish instruction to students aged 4-18 with varying ability levels
- Teaching fundamental Spanish to promote language skill development and proficiency
- Group supervision, focusing on behavior and group management, health and safety, security, and personal and skill development
- Organizing and preparing daily plans in a creative manner
- FOLLOWING THE IMPACT KIDS CODE OF CONDUCT AT ALL TIMES
This role requires good physical condition to execute all responsibilities associated with the position. At Impact Kids, we adhere to our Core Values and company policies, and being willing to travel is a plus.
