Minimum Qualifications:
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist
- At least 1 year of experience in home health or a related field
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients in their homes, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques
