What are the responsibilities and job description for the Men's Competitive Gymnastics Coach position at Impact Gymnastics?
We are looking for individuals who have experience coaching competitive gymnastics or were once a competitive gymnast with the drive to learn. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coaching and instruction to gymnasts of all competitive levels. Your role will involve creating a safe and positive environment for athletes to develop their gymnastics skills and reach their full potential!!
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18.
- 1 year of experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to routinely perform the physical activities dictated by the sport such as running, climbing stairs, bending, sitting, standing, kneeling, twisting and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, co-workers, children and their parents.
- Must be able to make sound decisions in a constantly changing environment.
- Must demonstrate patience, dependability and maturity.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing lesson plans, instructing and evaluating children.
- Must stay on top of current rules and techniques of the sport.
- Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
- Training and spotting gymnastics skills through safe progressions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
