/impact/ is a boutique fitness studio offering strength, HIIT, and sculpt-based classes in the heart of Fort Lee. We welcome all body types and fitness levels and focus on creating an energizing, inclusive space where members can make a positive impact on their day.
We are currently hiring group instructors in multiple formats, including Pilates, Strength, Sculpt, Barre, Cardio Dance.
Music-driven instructing experience is a huge plus
What You’ll Do
- Lead dynamic, high-quality group classes using studio-designed programming
- Demonstrate exercises clearly while offering modifications and progressions
- Provide hands-on guidance to ensure safe, effective movement execution
- Motivate and engage members throughout each session
- Support studio initiatives and collaborate with management on performance goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and uplifting studio environment

Requirements
- Previous experience teaching Barre and/or Sculpt required
- Mat Pilates certification required for teaching mat classes
- CPT or Group Fitness certification preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required
- Minimum 6 months experience in personal training and/or group fitness preferred
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
