Role Description The Vice President is a part-time, hybrid role based in Huntsville, AL, with flexibility for some work from home. The Vice President will work closely with the executive leadership team to shape strategy, oversee key programs, and support the growth of the foundation’s youth leadership initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating mentorship and entrepreneurship programs, managing partnerships with schools and community organizations, and supporting fundraising and outreach activities. The role also involves supervising volunteers or interns, monitoring program outcomes, and reporting on impact to stakeholders. The Vice President will help refine internal processes, contribute to communications and events, and ensure that all activities align with the foundation’s mission and values.
