NOW HIRING – Powder Coater
Impact Finishing is growing, and we're looking to add another dependable team member to our shop!
What We're Looking For:
✔ Powder coating experience is preferred.
✔ No experience? If you have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn, we'll train the right person.
Experienced applicants will receive competitive pay based on their knowledge and experience.
No experience? You'll start at our entry-level wage and have the opportunity to earn raises as you learn the trade, develop your skills, and prove yourself.
This is a physically demanding job. There is a lot of prep work involved, including sanding, masking, hanging parts, loading and unloading materials, and lifting throughout the day. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of hard work and takes pride in producing quality results.
