Principal Accountabilities
- Ability to perform all accountabilities of Inventory Control Specialist Level I
- Prioritize receiving shipments and kitting schedule daily.
- Assist Receiving, Kitting, and shipping when needed.
- Lead daily warehouse activities ensuring goals are met in accuracy, timeliness and safety.
- Coach and mentor team members to raise overall performance.
- Standardize warehouse procedures and strengthen compliance to policies.
- Assist stockroom lead on cycle counts and management of inventory, including main stock and finished goods inventory
- Perform kit audits when needed.
- Support production by filling scrap replacement requests.
- Perform inventory transfer requests from purchasing team.
- Help track down part shortages.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time, as required by job tasks
- Must be able to pass a vision exam with a minimum visual acuity of 20/25 in at least one eye, with or without corrective lenses
- Must be able to pass a color vision test to accurately distinguish color-coded components or materials
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
