We're looking for a Member Service Representative III who is passionate about helping others, building relationships, and guiding members through important financial decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Assist members with accounts, transactions and financial service needs.
- Open and maintain accounts, process loan applications and fund consumer loans.
- Provide financial guidance and reccomend solutions that support member goals.
- Resolve account concerns and ensure a positive member experience.
- Maintain compliance with policies, regulations and lending guidelines.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution or similar role.
- High school diploma or equivelent (additional financial education preferred)
- Knowledge of lending practices and financial products.
- Strong communication and member service skills.
- Experience handling complex transactions and account issues.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
