What You’ll Be Doing as an Event Assistant:
- Engage event attendees and directly support fundraising efforts through clear communication and active demonstrations.
- Build rapport with donors and provide a positive, service-oriented experience that encourages long-term support for partner charities.
- Answer questions, offer recommendations, and guide supporters toward contributions while accurately explaining campaign goals.
- Assist in event setup, booth management, merchandise stocking, visual presentation, and overall program flow to ensure a successful event environment.
- Support partner charities by conveying mission goals clearly and professionally, helping attendees connect emotionally with each cause.
- Collaborate with event managers to track participation, measure donor engagement, and report on event performance indicators.
- Help maintain brand consistency, uphold charity messaging standards, and ensure compliance with fundraising guidelines.
- Contribute to post-event reporting, cleanup, inventory checks, and process improvement initiatives to strengthen future events.
Event Assistant Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
