Civil / Site Foreman – Commercial & Site Concrete
Impact Concrete is seeking an experienced Civil/Site Foreman to lead site concrete crews on commercial projects. We specialize in curbs, gutters, sidewalks, inlets, and flatwork. Candidates must be able to read plans, manage crews, coordinate with project managers and inspectors, and keep projects on schedule.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Proven experience leading crews (5–7 personnel)
- Ability to read plans, understand site layout and grades
- Knowledge of forming, rebar, finishing, and site equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Powercurber 5700 knowledge/experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and schedule site concrete crews
- Coordinate daily operations and maintain quality and safety standards
- Communicate with clients, inspectors, and project managers
- Oversee layout, grading, concrete placement, and finishing
- Ensure all work meets project specifications
Compensation:
$32–$40/hr depending on experience, plus overtime and performance bonuses for qualified candidates.
