Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and servant-heartedHigh School Principalto lead our high school division. The ideal candidate will be a spiritually mature, experienced educator with a passion for Christian education and a proven ability to inspire students, support teachers, and foster a thriving school culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual and academic leadership aligned with the schools mission and values.
- Supervise and support faculty and staff in curriculum development, instruction, and professional growth.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered school culture.
- Collaborate with parents, students, and community stakeholders to promote student success.
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, discipline, and extracurricular programming.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and school policies.
- Lead strategic planning and school improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Valid administrative certification (or eligibility for certification in Wisconsin).
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with integrity, wisdom, and grace.
