Head Boys Volleyball Coach
Impact Christian Academy – Verona, WI
Impact Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Boys Volleyball Coach to lead and grow our new program. ICA is a Christ-centered school entering its second year of WIAA athletics, offering a unique opportunity to build a program from the ground up within a growing school community.
The Head Coach will oversee all aspects of the boys volleyball program, including planning and leading practices and competitions, developing players' skills and volleyball IQ, building a positive team culture, and fostering a program rooted in discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This role also includes clear communication with players, families, and school leadership while ensuring alignment with WIAA rules and expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous volleyball coaching experience (head or assistant preferred)
- Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, strategy, and player development
- Ability to lead, mentor, and build positive relationships with student-athletes
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

School Bus Driver
Impact Christian Academy is seeking a reliable, safety-focused School Bus Driver to help transport our students to and from school, athletic events, and field trips. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a schedule that fits family life while being part of a close-knit, mission-driven school community.
The School Bus Driver will be responsible for the safe, on-time transportation of ICA students, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining discipline and order on the bus, and communicating clearly with school leadership, staff, and parents. This role requires strict adherence to WisDOT and federal safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class B or C
- School Bus (S) endorsement and Passenger (P) endorsement
- Completion of Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT)
- Current school bus physical (WisDOT form MV3030B) or Federal Med card on file with WisDOT
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and DOT five-panel drug screen
- Clean driving record, with a background check covering criminal and driving history
- No disqualifying offenses on driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills; a calm, patient demeanor with students
