• Future Option to Own a Practice (if desired)

Impact Chiropractic is searching for a seasoned, philosophically aligned Chiropractor to join our flagship Fort Collins location, a 6,800 sq ft, multi-doctor family practice established in 2012. This is our original clinic and home base, serving as the Fountainhead of our Impact Chiropractic brand.

You will be joining a high-performing team of Chiropractors, supported by:

• An Operations Doctor who trains all incoming doctors

• A hands-on Training Doctor for clinical skill mastery

• Chiropractic Assistants who take your X-rays and manage all front office duties

• A full leadership team

• A full marketing team

• A strong operations team

This structure allows you to fully focus on being a doctor—delivering exceptional chiropractic care—while the rest of the team supports every front-end and back-end need.

Position Summary

As a Chiropractor at our flagship Fort Collins location, you will collaborate daily with multiple Chiropractors, participate in team clinical discussions, and grow under the mentorship and leadership of our Founder and our Operations Doctor. You’ll have a full support team behind you so you can deliver high-level care and build long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic care rooted in corrective-care and neurologically based principles

• Collaborate closely with multiple Chiropractors in a multi-doctor team environment

• Participate in ongoing clinical training with our Operations Doctor and Training Doctor

• Work alongside CAs who handle X-rays, front desk, and patient flow

• Support workshops, events, community outreach, and internal education

• Help families, pediatrics, and prenatal patients reach long-term wellness goals

• Represent Impact Chiropractic with professionalism, warmth, and leadership

Competencies

• Strong adjusting skills

• Ability to collaborate in a multi-doctor environment

• Excellent communication and rapport-building

• Alignment with the Above-Down-Inside-Out philosophy

• Experience with pediatric, prenatal, and family chiropractic preferred

• Commitment to continuous improvement

Education & Experience

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree

• Webster Certification required or in-progress

• Pediatric/ICPA training strongly preferred

• Experience in a subluxation-based, family-focused, cash practice is beneficial

• 3 years of experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform consistent chiropractic adjustments

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

• Adjustments typically range 3–5 minutes each
