Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, including Human Resources, Directors of Engineering, Directors of IT, and Directors of Finance. The primary goal is to introduce our strategic staffing services and engage clients in our position search group.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Proactively call on Human Resources, Directors of Engineering, Directors of IT, and Directors of Finance to introduce Impact Business Group's staffing services.
Relationship Building: Leverage deep client relationships to expand our footprint within the Grand Rapids, MI, and Tampa, FL markets. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct high levels of research and outbound call activity to engage potential clients. Utilize both company resources and personal networks to identify and approach new business opportunities.
National Reach: While focusing on local relationships, manage a client base with a national scope, ensuring that local relationships are serviced nationally.
Business Acumen: Demonstrate excellent business acumen in understanding client needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services within the specified regions and beyond.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (BS) is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful outbound sales experience, preferably in a staffing or related industry.
