𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀

Our client is an AI-powered healthcare technology company helping hospitals identify purchased-services overcharges before payment. The platform analyzes complex contracts and invoices to surface defensible, line-level findings and recommendations for accounts-payable teams—helping health systems catch costly discrepancies before dollars go out the door.

The company is scaling quickly. Enterprise customers are live, expectations are high, and execution can’t be reactive anymore.

They need a Technical Program Manager who can build an operating rhythm across Product, Engineering, and Operations. Someone who makes delivery predictable, surfaces risk early, and keeps commitments from turning into last-minute fire drills.

This is not a “run Jira and send status updates” role. It’s ownership.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆

• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives from planning through delivery.

• Translate major priorities into clear workstreams, owners, timelines, dependencies, and decision points.

• Keep delivery on track across teams and adjust quickly when priorities or realities change.

• Identify risks early, escalate with context, and prevent surprises.

𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and leadership to align priorities and sequencing.

• Facilitate planning and execution touchpoints that keep teams coordinated.

• Connect work across teams so critical initiatives don’t stall in silos.

𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲

• Improve visibility into what’s moving, what’s stuck, and what decisions are needed.

• Introduce lightweight tools and systems that improve speed and forecasting, including thoughtful use of AI.

• Establish a consistent cadence for reporting, tracking, and accountability without creating unnecessary process.

• Understand the company’s product development lifecycle, current priorities, enterprise commitments, and key dependencies.

• Build relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership.

• Establish visibility into priority initiatives, including owners, timelines, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed.

𝗕𝘆 𝟲𝟬 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀

• Create a clear execution roadmap for the company’s highest-priority initiatives.

• Establish a consistent operating rhythm across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

• Surface risks and dependencies earlier so teams can address them before delivery is affected.

• Improve leadership visibility into progress, blockers, and decisions.

𝗕𝘆 𝟵𝟬 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀

• Make delivery more predictable, with fewer surprises, fewer last-minute escalations, and tighter follow-through.

• Drive critical cross-functional initiatives with clear ownership and accountability.

• Improve coordination around enterprise customer commitments.

• Give leadership reliable visibility into execution and risk without requiring them to chase teams for updates.

• You operate independently and don’t need heavy direction to move work forward.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• 5 years in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar cross-functional delivery role.

• Strong understanding of the SDLC and how Product and Engineering teams move work into production.

• Proven track record delivering complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.

• Experience identifying dependencies, managing risk, and driving decisions through ambiguity.

• Experience building execution discipline in fast-moving, high-growth, or startup environments.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

• Ability to operate independently, ask focused questions, and bring structure to incomplete or changing priorities.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀

• Experience working in an early-stage or scaling technology company.

• Experience supporting enterprise software or complex B2B products.

• Experience working closely with engineering leaders and technical teams.

• Experience improving planning, delivery visibility, forecasting, or cross-functional execution.

• Comfort using AI and modern productivity tools to improve how work gets done.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

• Experience in healthcare technology, fintech, procurement, enterprise SaaS, or another complex or regulated environment.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled products or teams building with LLMs.

• Experience supporting customer-facing technical implementations or enterprise commitments.
