We are seeking a Lead BCBA to join our leadership team. This individual will not only provide direct ABA services but also oversee and mentor new BCBAs, supervise RBTs, and guide our clinical team to ensure excellence in client outcomes and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Supervisory Duties
- Provide direct ABA services including assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.), behavior intervention planning, and skill acquisition programs.
- Supervise RBTs in accordance with BACB standards (observation, competency checks, feedback).
- Oversee and mentor new BCBAs: onboarding, training, case review, and clinical development.
- Ensure treatment fidelity, data collection accuracy, and ethical compliance across the team.
- Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions to promote generalization of skills.
Leadership & Training
- Serve as the clinical lead for designated programs or center areas.
- Provide ongoing training to staff on ABA best practices, behavior management, and ethical decision-making.
- Support scheduling, caseload balancing, and daily clinical operations.
- Collaborate with administration on program development, quality assurance, and policy updates.
Administrative
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation for all services.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
- Participate in leadership meetings to align goals and ensure quality growth.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification (and Pennsylvania licensure as LBS or eligibility).
- 3 years of BCBA experience, including supervision of RBTs.
- Prior leadership, mentorship, or training experience strongly preferred.
- Strong skills in assessment, program design, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
