Ready to take the next step in your BCBA career?

Are you a BCBA who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and making things better?

At Impact Autism Services, we're looking for a dynamic, experienced BCBA who is ready to step into a meaningful leadership role and help shape the future of our organization.

This isn't a traditional BCBA position focused solely on managing a caseload. We're looking for someone who sees the bigger picture, someone who can develop strong clinical teams, identify opportunities for improvement, build effective systems, and turn challenges into results.

Our Clinical Quality & Operations Director will play a key role in strengthening both the clinical excellence and operational performance of Impact Autism Services.

If you're a natural leader who enjoys developing others, takes ownership of outcomes, and wants to make a lasting impact beyond your own caseload, we'd love to meet you.

The Opportunity

As our Clinical Quality & Operations Director, you'll work alongside our Chief Program Officer and leadership team to guide clinical operations, support our BCBAs, and ensure our organization is positioned to deliver exceptional services to children and families.

You'll have the opportunity to influence how our teams operate, how our clinicians grow, and how we continue to improve the quality and accessibility of our services.

You'll also supervise a dedicated Clinical Quality & Operations Coordinator who supports scheduling, productivity tracking, and workforce coordination which will allow you to focus on leadership, problem-solving, and results.

What You'll Lead

Clinical Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor, coach, and support technicians in their clinical and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, professional growth, and clinical excellence.
  • Help recruit, onboard, and develop talented BCBAs.
  • Guide improvements in clinical practices, treatment planning, assessments, and caregiver training.
  • Promote ethical, individualized, high-quality ABA services.

Operational Excellence & Performance

  • Take ownership of BCBA productivity, caseload management, and effective utilization of clinical capacity.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify challenges, and implement meaningful solutions.
  • Address barriers involving staffing, scheduling, assessments, cancellations, and service delivery.
  • Ensure teams are positioned to serve clients efficiently without compromising quality of care.
  • Establish clear expectations, support accountability, and follow through to achieve results.

Staff Training & Organizational Development

  • Oversee training and professional development initiatives for clinical staff.
  • Support the development of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Strengthen onboarding, training, and quality-improvement processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of required clinical and professional training.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and staff effectiveness.

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership to improve clinical performance, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Help develop strategies to meet growing client demand.
  • Translate clinical and operational data into practical decisions.
  • Lead initiatives that improve both the employee experience and the families we serve.
  • Help build a strong foundation for the organization's continued development.

We're looking for more than clinical experience. We're looking for someone with the confidence, initiative, and leadership ability to make things happen.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Current Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Experience delivering or overseeing ABA services.
