Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Strategy & Operations Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital member of a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Interact with one on one with all levels of healthcare and consulting professionals to grow and broaden your perspectives and career
- Contribute to project deliverables, firm collateral and development of internal methodology
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions to improve health strategy and operations.
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
- Evaluate and redesign healthcare processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
Education and Experience
- Educational Requirement: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Experienced consultant in the healthcare environment with a proven track record of solving complex problems
- Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing
- Designer and executer of data analytics. You conceive new data analysis methods, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams
- Collaborative leader who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions
- Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level.
- Travel: Able to travel 80% of the time.
