Impact 1 Financial is growing our team in the Rockingham area and hiring a motivated professional to join us as a Territory Sales Representative. This is a field-based, full-time outside sales role focused on business development, territory management, and building strong client relationships. You will meet with clients in person, manage a defined territory, and grow business through consistent outreach and follow‑up.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong people skills, a competitive mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships while working toward clear goals.

What You’ll Do

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships across your territory.

  • Build connections with local businesses through referrals, networking, prospecting, and consistent outreach
  • Initiate contact with new businesses in your territory to schedule in-person meetings
  • Conduct professional in-person sales presentations and clearly communicate available solutions
  • Manage and grow your territory by building a pipeline of new business, repeat business, and referrals
  • Maintain a steady flow of outreach, scheduled appointments, and timely follow-up
  • Track activity and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine strategy and stay on pace with goals
