Position Summary
IMPACCT Brooklyn is actively seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team that includes supervisors, case managers, community liaisons, youth workers, and employment specialists. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Bayview Houses social service program, delivering high-quality, individual and family-centered services. The Site Supervisor will confidently uphold IMPACCT's mission and vision while ensuring strict compliance with all contractual, ethical, and professional standards. This position reports to the Director of Programs.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Program Oversight: Direct responsibility for the Bayview Houses social service program, ensuring effective service delivery and housing stability.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement program and administrative policies and procedures aligned with IMPACCT’s mission and vision.
  • Ethical Standards: Adhere to the Social Work Code of Ethics in all aspects of program management and service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct formal and informal supervision, annual evaluations, and develop staff work plans. Lead weekly team meetings and interdisciplinary case conferences.
  • Service Coordination: Direct counseling and social services to provide comprehensive case management using best practices for individuals
  • Performance Management: Monitor and ensure achievement of program goals, objectives, and contractual service deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality improvement strategies; submit annual work plans and reports.
  • Care Coordination: Facilitate collaboration with external service providers for medical, mental health, substance abuse, employment services, and other supportive services.
  • Prioritization & Adaptability: Continuously prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changing demands to maintain program effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Provide financial oversight of the program’s annual budget.
  • Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings and job development trainings to enhance team capacity and service quality.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by the Director of Programs.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (LMSW or LCSW preferred).
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in social services, community service programs, or supportive housing.
  • In-depth knowledge of key models such as Housing First and Aging in Place.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with budget management, financial oversight, and program evaluation.
  • A proven commitment to ethical practice, social justice, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and community partners.
  • Proficiency in using case management software, databases, and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients, families, and professionals.
  • A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions is required.
  • Fluency in the English language is required.

Supervisory Responsibility
Direct supervision of Case Management staff and Community Liaison. Responsible for performance management, training, and onboarding.


Employment Status
Exempt, Full-time. The days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Travel may be expected. Occasional evening or weekend work and local travel may be required for events or funder meetings.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role involves a mix of office tasks and direct participant engagement. The physical demands described here are those an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this position successfully. The role requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods at a desk, work on a computer, and occasionally lift materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
