FiberComm, an ImOn company, has been the LOCAL choice for business telecommunication services in the Siouxland area since 1997. Since joining forces with Cedar Rapids-based ImOn Communications in 2023, we have expanded our network to offer fiber-to-the-home Internet services to residents. As we grow our network, we are looking for a Direct Sales Representative to be part of our team!
A preferred candidate will be Bi-Lingual Spanish Speaking

The Direct Sales Representatives earn a base pay plus commissions by representing ImOn Communications to potential customers for the purpose of selling Internet, and Phone service using Door-to-Door / Direct Sales methods. Sales representatives work from lead sheets to call on homes and increase service penetration in assigned areas. The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for achieving an assigned sales quotas.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Make door-to-door Internet and phone sales presentations in order to sell any one or combination of these services to potential customers in your assigned territory.
- Assure customer satisfaction through the entire selling process.
- Maximize potential for customers to purchase and retain their Internet and phone services.
- Promote a positive company image at all times.
- Meet productivity standards set by the department and perform at a level to acquire the maximum number of sales.
- Turn in all sales including required documentation and money collected in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records, report sales activity and results accurately.
- Follow up on all leads, inquiries, complaints, and other messages in a timely manner.
- Keep appointments with customers.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Work flexible hours, which includes evenings and some weekends.
Requirements
We're Looking for someone with:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or combination of sales experience and education required.
- 2 years’ experience sales/marketing.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Flexibility to work within non-standard business hours to ensure that sales quota is met.
- Professional appearance, conducive to an office and field environment, is required.
- Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation.
We would prefer if our candidates had:
- Bi-Lingual Spanish Speaking
- Associate's Degree
- Door to door sales experience
