What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Wholesale Coordinator position at imogene + willie?
The objective of this role is to assist our wholesale operations -- from third-party shops across the globe, to clients we create custom products for -- by pulling, packing, shipping, and finishing their orders. This person will work closely with our wholesale and warehouse teams to manage order inventory and facilitate shipping and receiving in a timely manner. This person will be the primary warehouse point of contact for the wholesale team. They will handle project deadlines and ensure that all wholesale shipments adhere to the recipient’s requirements and routing guides. This role will directly report to the fulfilment manager and the assistant fulfilment manager. When the Wholesale Coordinator is not busy with wholesale orders, this team member will assist with day to day warehouse associate operations. This is a full-time, hourly role reporting to our Nashville warehouse Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities Include
Wholesale Order Support:
- collaborate with the wholesale partners via airtable and email to pull, pack, and ship wholesale orders
- ensure accuracy and quality control for all outgoing wholesale shipments
- manage inventory from stores and warehouse for wholesale orders (i.e., securing items at stores via shopify and organizing timely transfers to the warehouse)
- use airtable to communicate and update orders as they're packed and shipped — acting as the liaison between the warehouse and wholesale department
- work with the Warehouse Manager to plan staffing requirements for ensuring that all wholesale shipments are finished and shipped within deadlines
- stay up to date on deadlines and keep wholesale looped in on everything they need (ie supplies, updates on timelines)
- pulling, packing, and shipping orders
- returning inventory to the floor
- receiving and quality checking incoming inventory
- inventory organization and management
- Be a hardworking team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Have a 'no job is too small' mindset
- Be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Able to continuously prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Be exceptionally organized with great attention to detail
- Have prior experience working in fulfillment and/or inventory management
- Be a clear communicator willing to collaborate and problem solve
