What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Imo's Pizza?
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. We are looking to fill a vacant position. The days and hours of this position are as follows:
Sunday: 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Wednesday: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Thursday: 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Friday: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Deliver our menu items to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Collect payments
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Requirements
- Valid professional driver's license
- A vehicle
- Valid car insurance
- A smart phone (More of a request than requirement)
- Must be 18 years old or older

Disclaimer: On average, delivery drivers make between $19 and $24 an hour. On a great day, you could reach $40 an hour, but it is not something you should expect every shift. You will be earning an hourly rate of a tipped employee ($7.50), a portion of the customers delivery fee, and tips you receive. Your take per shift all depends on the amount of deliveries and the tips you receive.
