Your Impact as Nurse Manager
In this leadership role, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional patient care and team performance. You’ll lead with compassion, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating nursing care delivery on your assigned unit/shift
- Ensuring all patient care activities meet the highest standards
- Assigning and supporting nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Identifying staff development needs and partnering on training initiatives
- Leading with positivity—celebrating patient milestones and team wins
- Serving as a key decision-maker for patient care and operational success
What You Bring
- Active RN license (state compliant)
- BLS certification (ACLS required within 1 year)
- CRRN certification (to be obtained when eligible)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years recent inpatient hospital experience
- Proven leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Lead, or similar role)
- Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and drive results
Schedule Details
- Full-time Evening shift (1p-10p)
- On-call and weekend rotation as needed
