Schedule Tuesday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Guaranteed Hours)

One of our pediatric dental partners is need of a full time Locums or permanent Dentist to fulfill a critical ongoing vacancy. This practice is a high-volume, mission-driven pediatric practice focused on delivering quality dental care to children and families in an underserved community. This is an ideal setting for providers comfortable with efficient workflows and high patient interaction.

Practice Overview
- 95% Pediatric Patient Mix / 5% adults
- Supported by hygienists and dental assistants
- 65% Medicaid / 35% PPO patient base
- Strong community outreach and patient loyalty
- Technology & Equipment: Denticon software, digital sensors, scanners
Procedures
- Common Procedures: 70% Hygiene -Extractions, Simple Crowns, Fillings, & Restorative work
- Referred Out: Surgical extractions
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $125 per hour depending on years of experience
- Weekly Pay - Direct Deposit

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to pediatric patients and some adults
- Maintain strong daily production while delivering quality care
- Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants for efficient workflow
- Deliver patient-centered treatment in a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE REQUIRES
- Strong chairside manner with both children and parents
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced clinic
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Comfort working with underserved populations
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable treating children
- Strong efficiency in a productive practice setting
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- OSC-C (Oral Consciousness Sedation Certification) Preferred not mandatory
