What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Medical Director and supervising physician to deliver comprehensive primary care services
- Provide high-quality, culturally competent care in an outpatient community health setting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Manage and support chronic disease care through patient education and clinical interventions
- Perform a wide range of services, including:
- Routine check-ups and illness treatment
- Chronic disease management
- Medication management
- Annual physicals
- Women’s health exams, including Pap smears
What You Bring
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Texas
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Recent, hands-on experience in Primary Care or Family Medicine
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Spanish language skills are a strong plus

- Occasional evening/weekend rotation (Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
