- Case Mix: OB (less than 400/year), GS, Ortho(lots of ortho), Endo, POD, Blocks, scopes.
- Trauma Level: Level 4 designation
- Patient Demographic/Ages: Some healthy peds but no babies, mostly adults.
- # of ORs: 3 OR
- Support Staff: Traditional OR support staff
- Supervision and Ratio: CRNA staffing model
- Active License: Active NM, CSR, and DEA
- Credentialing Time Frame: 45 days
- Certifications Required: PALS, BLS, ACLS
