Position Overview
The Director/Senior Director, Business Systems will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise business systems supporting Immunome’s growth. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the NetSuite platform and other Finance and G&A-related systems and data, ensuring they scale with the organization’s evolving needs. They will manage a small, high-performing team and partner closely with teams across the organization to deliver efficient, compliant, and insight-driven systems and processes to support the organization as we commercialize our first product and support the growth of our pipeline programs.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial systems, including ERP and certain G&A applications (e.g., procurement, expense management, contract management systems, HRIS systems and integrations, budgeting and forecasting tools).
- Lead system selection, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements (SOX, audit, Sunshine Act, etc.).
- Oversee sales reporting and analytics systems, ensuring integration of data across sales, gross-to-net components, and financial systems.
- Manage a small team responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of business systems.
- Partner with the Commercial, Compliance, and Technical Operations teams to prepare the systems and data landscape to support the commercial launch of varegacestat.
- Partner with leaders across the company to select systems, determine strategy for integrations and data, streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance data integrity across platforms.
- Establish and enforce best practices for system governance, change management, and master data management.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure service delivery meets organizational needs and SLAs.
- Provide guidance on system integration strategy across enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting capabilities to support decision-making and financial planning.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in financial systems management, including ERP implementation and support (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday preferred).
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrated success in leading system transformations within a high-growth or complex organization—biotech or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial and commercial processes (GL, AP, AR, FP&A, procurement, compliance, and revenue management/gross-to-net reporting).
- Experience designing and governing integrated system architectures and data models across Finance, Commercial, and G&A platforms.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing small teams, multiple stakeholders, and leading cross-functional initiatives from design through execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and system roadmaps. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

$231,000 - $302,000 USD
