Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bioanalytical Principal Investigator (I-III) and is based in Tampa, FL. The role involves serving as the scientific lead for assigned bioanalytical projects, coordinating the design and execution of ligand binding and cell-based assays, and ensuring high-quality, GLP/GCP-compliant deliverables. Responsibilities include client interactions to deliver updates and presentations, preparing technical reports and scientific documentation, and providing data interpretation and regulatory support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring laboratory staff are essential aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Expertise in bioanalytical techniques, including Ligand Binding Assays (LBAs), Immunogenicity, Neutralizing Antibody assays, PK, and Biomarker analysis
- Strong skills in assay design, validation, data analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Proficiency in scientific writing, including technical reports, protocols, and regulatory documentation
- Experience in client interaction, project management, and delivering scientific presentations
- Effective communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities
- Ph.D., Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, biochemistry, or a related field (level dependent on experience), with a minimum of hands-on experience in bioanalytical or pharmaceutical sciences
- Working knowledge of GLP and GCP guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in project management or leadership experience is a plus
