Music Producer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Music Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music production and a strong understanding of the technical aspects of sound recording and editing. This role involves collaborating with artists, songwriters, and other production staff to create high-quality music tracks that resonate with audiences. The Music Producer will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from pre-production planning through post-production editing.

Duties

• Collaborate with artists and songwriters to develop musical concepts and arrangements.
• Manage recording sessions, ensuring optimal sound quality and performance.
• Edit audio tracks using industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Oversee post-production processes, including mixing and mastering of tracks.
• Utilize video production skills to create engaging promotional content for social media platforms.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Write technical documentation and reports related to production processes.
• Interpret artistic visions into tangible audio products while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.
• Provide translation services for bilingual projects as needed.
• Manage social media accounts to promote music releases and engage with fans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in audio editing software and video editing tools, particularly Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on technical writing.
• Experience in journalism or content creation is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management strategies to enhance audience engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as translation skills are beneficial for diverse projects.

Pay: $23.80 - $28.66 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
