Dual Site Leader

Immersive Gamebox is redefining what it means to play together. We create social gaming experiences using cutting edge technology, with more than 25,000 five star TripAdvisor reviews. We're preparing to open a new venue in River North and expand leadership at Oakbrook Center. This is your chance to help shape both.

We’re hiring a passionate, proactive Dual Site Leader to oversee both venues. You’ll run daily operations, lead two teams, and drive guest experience, local marketing, and business growth. If you thrive in fast paced environments and love building strong teams, this is for you.

• Salary: $60,000 to $70,000




• Bonus: Up to 10 percent annual performance incentive




• Start: ASAP




• Probation: All new hires are subject to a 90 day probationary period. During this time, performance, reliability, and team fit will be assessed to determine continued employment.

• Lead daily operations at River North and Oakbrook




• Recruit, coach, and develop team members




• Ensure smooth, safe, five star guest experiences




• Cover solo shifts as needed within a lean labor model




• Manage payroll, scheduling, and operational budgets




• Track KPIs like revenue, guest satisfaction, and labor costs




• Support local marketing, sales outreach, and community events




• Work with HQ partners in Tech, HR, and Marketing

• Two or more years as a GM or multi site leader in hospitality, retail, or entertainment




• Hands on leadership style and guest first mindset




• Experience with scheduling, payroll, P&L, and POS
