This role involves substantial travel, sometimes with short notice, and requires flexibility in scheduling. Ideal candidates will have
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with an efficient and thoughtful design process.
- Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work late nights, early mornings, or weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel for extended periods (1–8 weeks at a time).
- Strong composure, positivity, and quick thinking in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them visually for diverse audiences
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for inconsistencies.
- Strong reading comprehension and writing skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with legal teams to produce polished, compelling visuals for juries, judges, and government agencies (e.g., DOJ, SEC).
- Travel onsite with trial teams and provide ongoing, on-call support throughout the trial's duration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, working independently or as part of a team.
- Refine, enhance, and ensure consistency across visual presentations based on client feedback.
- Participate in a structured 40-hour-per-week training program (up to 3 months). After the training period, you will transition to a more flexible schedule, supporting billable work while continuing to develop your skills.
