Spa Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator

Are you energetic, dependable, and ready to be part of Connecticut's first and only hydrospa experience? We are seeking a motivated Front Desk / Spa Attendant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

This is not a position for someone who likes to sit around. We need team members who can hustle, stay organized, think independently, and jump in wherever needed to create an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments
• Maintain client records and provide information about spa services and products
• Keep the front desk, spa areas, locker rooms, and water bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Monitor inventory and proactively restock supplies
• Report maintenance concerns promptly to management
• Prepare spa treatment areas according to established protocols
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Deliver a five-star guest experience with exceptional attention to detail
• Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Schedule

Must be available Thursday through Monday

Typical shifts: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation

$18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
