Seeking 4-5 Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team!
Professional Licensed Massage Therapist needed to join our award winning (and very busy) massage center. In addition to offering private massages, our LMT’s are offered a unique opportunity to work in our chiropractic office, alongside the doctors, promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage/chiropractic to patients -while building your client base.
Glastonbury Massage Center is in the process of transitioning to Immerse HydroSpa and Massage which will include CT's first hydrotherapy circuit. The center will attract clients from all over New England and will quickly become the 'go-to' place for wellness and recovery.
Our team is committed to providing top-notch experiences to all clients. The ideal candidate:
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage is required. (Knowledge of other various modalities preferred: Prenatal, Cupping, Sports, Hot Stone).
- Must have the ability to adjust pressure and/or technique based on each patient’s needs.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.
- Able to work directly with patients, alongside the doctor, during office hours and must be available at least one weekend day.
- Must emit a genuine, positive energy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calming workspace.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Must hold a valid State of CT massage license (or currently enrolled in massage school)
