*Duties*
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Assist in procedures using sterile technique
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
*Qualifications*
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in hospital, medical office, or Urgent Care settings preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration, sterile processing, and laboratory procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospital medicine practices is a plus
