Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to drive revenue growth in the Springfield, MA territory. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing growth strategies. They will also be involved in market research, sales planning, and presenting proposals to potential clients. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to develop strategic sales initiatives that align with our company’s goals. The BDM will be responsible for overseeing outside sales efforts, managing key accounts, and negotiating contracts to maximize profitability.
