The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Executive Meetings Manager to drive revenue, cultivate high-level client relationships, and deliver exceptional, white-glove meeting and event experiences. This role blends sales leadership, creative planning, and flawless execution, positioning NextSpace as the venue of choice for executive meetings and events.
You will serve as a trusted partner to meeting planners and business leaders—guiding clients from initial inquiry through seamless execution—while actively growing market share and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify, solicit, and secure new business through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Grow market share through a balanced approach of internal and external sales efforts
- Research demand generators and emerging market opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing accounts and win competitive business
Client Experience & Event Execution
- Plan, upsell, and meticulously detail meetings and events, including layouts, menus, AV, agendas, and catering
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operational teams
- Deliver a polished, responsive, and elevated client experience from start to finish
Relationship Building & Brand Representation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with meeting planners, corporate leaders, and community influencers
- Represent NextSpace at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Conduct site inspections and presentations that showcase NextSpace’s unique value
Marketing & Market Intelligence
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to promote NextSpace and identify opportunity accounts
- Actively market to in-house guests and existing clients to uncover new business
