Position Summary
The Technology Coordinator oversees and manages all technology systems supporting the church and school ministries. This includes IT infrastructure, classroom technology, cybersecurity, staff training, and long-term technology planning. The role ensures that technology effectively supports worship, spiritual formation, education, communication, and operations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of IT experience (education or church setting preferred)
- Experience with AV systems and livestreaming technology (preferred)
- Friendly, eager to support
- Enthusiastic commitment to the mission and doctrinal positions of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact warmly, openly, and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and ages.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, humble, strong work ethic, pleasant to work with.
