Multiple Shifts Available: We have a Full Time, Part Time, Day or NOC shifts available of 12
hour shifts (6-6) available for a nurse seeking a career.
The purpose of the Nurse position is to serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary care team
facilitating quality care, guided by residents’ individualized service plans, Facility policies and
procedures, and State and Federal guidelines.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN or LPN
Current licensure as an Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN or Registered Nurse / RN in the
State of Montana
One (1) year experience as a nurse, RN or LPN
Be familiar with or be willing to learn about State and Federal guidelines pertaining to
long-term care
Maintain a current comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and practice
Completion of 24 continuing education credits in 2-year period of licensure, as required
by the State of Montana
Specific Duties
Follow physicians’ orders, treatments, and resident service plan approaches.
Carry out duties assigned by the Director of Nursing &/or Unit Resident Care Manager
Administer medications and treatments.
Complete medical and behavioral observations as required.
Work and coordinate with all team members to meet resident’s needs. Assist other staff
assisting residents, as needed.
Work independently, while prioritizing duties and responsibilities, taking on additional
assignments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness with documentation, and
demonstrating the ability to problem solve.
Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from others.
Perform other duties as assigned.
