Job Duties
- Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating quality activity programs (includes entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and education).
- Host one-on-one visits and in-room engagement for residents.
- Escort residents to and from activities.
- Assist in monitoring resident smoke breaks.
- Monitor resident activity in the units and hallways.
- Chart patient progress and behavior.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Previous experience working with behavioral health population, preferred.
- Desire to work with residents of varying physical and mental capacities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Ability to engage residents in recreational activities that promote well-being.
Employment Requirements
- Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply if needed)
- Current TB Test (available on-site if needed)
- Current in-person CPR/AED Certificate for Healthcare Professionals.
- Current in-person First Aid Certificate.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.

Shifts Available:
- Shift availability will be discussed during the interview. Must be willing to work weekends
Pay:
- $15.50-17.50 per hour based on years of experience. This is a full time, non-exempt FLSA position.
