Description
Join our team as a Dietary Aide and help create a positive dining experience for our residents. In this role, you will support meal service by preparing and delivering nutritious meals, assisting with tray setup, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, and ensuring dietary needs are met accurately. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service oriented, and committed to providing excellent care and hospitality to residents and guests.

Job Duties:
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices
- Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
- Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in timely fashion
- Handle resident concerns and complaints
- Specifically follow diet cards
- Set up meal trays and food carts, as directed
- Stock ingredients and monitor inventory
- Deliver resident meals at designated times and rooms
- Assist in daily cleaning duties, as assigned
- Discard leftovers and take out garbage
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Ability to utilize safe practices when performing all tasks
- Knowledge on proper food safety
Employment Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Valid Food Handler Certificate needed within 30 days of hire
- Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help you apply if needed)
- Current 2-step TB test (available on-site if needed)
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay:
- $16.00-$17.50 per hour based on years of experience. This is a non-exempt FLSA status position.
Shifts Available:
- Shift availability will be discussed during the interview. Must be willing to work both weekdays and weekends.
