You will be responsible for various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Facilitate benefits orientation for new hires and coordinate open enrollment processes.
- HR Recordkeeping and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate and track employee training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR coordination or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
