Immaculate Heart of Mary Counseling Center (IHMCC) is a non-profit mental health organization based in Lincoln, NE. The organization is home to the nation's only Catholic APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship program, which operates as part of the Nebraska Internship Consortium in Professional Psychology. We are seeking a full-time Executive Director to lead Immaculate Heart of Mary Counseling Center in Lincoln, NE. This is an on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing the management, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of the organization. Key responsibilities include strategic decision-making, managing and inspiring staff, developing and monitoring budgets, and fostering collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance the organization's mission.
- Proven leadership and organizational management experience, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversight.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Capability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, community organizations, and donors.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the unique needs of a nonprofit or mental health organization, with an understanding of integrating spiritual aspects into care services.
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Nonprofit Management, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Business Administration preferred.
- Commitment to supporting and promoting the mission and values of the organization, including respect for its Catholic foundation.
