Achieve sales and GP targets by confidently demonstrating IMI Precision Engineering’s product benefits and differentiators.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to provide actionable insights that support continuous improvement and technical support.
Negotiate favorable commercial terms by identifying risk factors and collaborating with internal teams to secure sound contractual agreements.

What We Are Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 7 years of proven sales experience and technical knowledge, particularly in pneumatic systems, motion, and fluid control.
Strong problem-solving skills and growth mindset with the ability to analyze challenges, propose solutions, and communicate effectively.
Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player with a proactive learning attitude and eagerness to grow.
Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity and quick grasp of technical concepts, with a commitment to continuous learning.
