Role Description
This is a Part-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Kailua-Kona, HI. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, performing regular property maintenance inspections, coordinating repairs, and supervising vendors and service providers. Additional responsibilities include addressing client concerns, preparing properties to client specifications, accomplishing requests from clients and maintaining strong relationships with the client. The role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate and oversee property-related tasks
- Experience in property maintenance, vendor management, and resolving client concerns
- Knowledge of property management regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, and service providers
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to dynamic situations
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management are a plus
