- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to ensure we build a high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by crafting compelling job descriptions and materials that reflect our vibrant company culture and appeal to top talent.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to continually improve our recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in sales or marketing.
- Strong knowledge of modern recruiting techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is a bonus.
