Bilingual HR Generalist
We’re seeking a reliable and knowledgeable HR Generalist to support our team. This role blends human resources responsibilities with office management and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and employee orientation
- Support payroll, benefits, and timekeeping (in coordination with our PEO)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies (in coordination with our PEO)
- Maintain employee records and assist with performance evaluations
- Handle office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution
- Collaborate on training and development initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in HR and office administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Spanish-speaking
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office
